Safety on passenger ships has highest priority! We offer not only a comprehensive training program for maritime professionals (see chapter: Seeschifffahrt), we are able to conduct a complete basic training for guest services personnel too. After completion of our training program you will obtain a certificate of proficiency including all relevant elements required for guest services personnel on passernger ships approved by the German Maritime Authorities.
Our training includes beverages (coffee, tea, water) throught the training day. For lunch ma-co has it’s own canteen where you can select between different meals or try the salad bar.
We are conviently located in the Port of Hamburg. Hamburg Airport and Main Station are only very few kilometers away and can easily be reached via public transport form our facilities.
Our program is not only designed for cruise ship personnel, it is an ideal preparation for service personnel on any kind of ships. Furthermore we are able to establish a tailor made program for each company operating cruise ships or other pleasure crafts.
Basic Training for Services Personnel – AIDA Cruises
All crew members, working in „Guest Services“-Departments of a cruise ship are required to conduct a Basic Training for Services Personnel prior to embarkation. This training is taylor-made towards the industry’s needs and requirements.
After successful completion of this training course participants receive a certificate of attendance for:
- Familiarization Training for AIDA Guest Services Personnel
- Basic Safety for Guest Services Personnel
- Security Related Training
- Crowd Management – Passengers safety and safety training for personnel providing direct services to passengers
- MES Deploymen
Duration:
6 days (Mon – Sat) from 08:00 am until 06:00 pm (Sat 04:00 pm).
