Ramp-up Support

On request

This seminar has no public date right now. Send us a request and we will get back to you.

We support your logistics site with the ramp-up and with the optimization of operational processes. In doing so, we create training materials and qualify your in-house multipliers within the framework of “Train the Trainer” training sessions and for the operational process trainings. During the training runs, we get to know your employees intensively and help to define training needs, close possible gaps and identify potential.

  • Practice-oriented support in the operational logistics process

  • Close coordination with the operational management on site as an additional sparring partner

  • Design (methodological / didactic) and delivery of operational process trainings for the multipliers and employees at the respective operating site

  • Potential identification via qualification matrix (target/actual comparison, determining further needs)

Target

  • Site-specific, process-related qualification of the (new) employees

  • Keeping an eye on operational procedures, giving recommendations for action (CIP)

  • Identifying training needs and carrying out follow-up training Support of the multipliers
