Learning Objectives: Participants will gain confidence in working with AI and develop a clear understanding of what AI is capable of today and where its limitations lie. They will learn to recognize AI’s potential for leadership, collaboration, and organizational management; avoid typical risks; and competently guide their employees through change processes. This will enable them to use AI responsibly, effectively, and with an eye toward the future in their day-to-day leadership roles, and to address various challenges.
Target group
This interactive training program is designed for middle managers who not only want to understand the use of AI but also want to actively and confidently help shape its implementation. It is particularly aimed at managers who provide guidance, support teams through times of uncertainty, and wish to meaningfully integrate AI into work processes, leadership culture, and employee development.
